In addition, she advises on the acquisition or sale of businesses, parts of companies or groups, the restructuring of companies and business components and any type of transaction. The advice also includes the due diligence and drafting of all necessary contracts and other documents as well as contract negotiations and coordination of the transaction.

affiliate management

Another area of her expertise is the ongoing affiliate management including company secretarial services, which can be outsourced to Dr. Vu. She can realize restructurings, takes care of the German affiliates of a group and advises on all corporate matters and the compliance with of legal requirements. This includes all register matters with the German register courts as well as the review and implementation of money laundering-related topics and management of transparency register entries.

Dr. Vu also advises on general commercial and business law, contract review, negotiation and contract drafting, and will provide guidance on the ideal course of action.
